Neil ‘The Boss’
Neil was a farmer for many years and decided to diverse the spring. Neil is a very ‘hands on’ managing director and concentrates on the production. He is continually making alterations to our bottling line to make us more efficient and developing new ideas. He likes a good chat and very often you will see him out delivering and meeting his customers.

Anna ‘Sales & Marketing’ (AK.A The real Boss)
Anna, Neil’s sister, joined the company in 2001 and took over the day-to-day running of the business. She works very closely with Neil planning production. It helps that she continually talks to Tarka’s customers and builds very close relationships, this way avoiding any gaps in supply.

Anna also actively searches for new customers and deals with developing new labels for customers.

Her background was in accountancy but now she concentrates on Sales and Marketing

Sarah
Sarah, married to Neil, started work at Tarka a few years after the company was formed to let the business develop out of its first stages but she has always taken an active role in the development of Tarka. Now she concentrates on policies and procedures as well as continually updating HACCP.

Katherine  - Office & Transport manager
Joined Tarka in 2003 at the production line and was poached by Anna to help run the office when she finished college.

Katherine is now the Office Manager. She is also working with Anna to look after customers and also attends sales trips to develop her sales knowledge.  Sarah mainly concentrates on transport and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).

Julie – Production Supervisor
Julie plans production carefully to ensure maximum efficiency. Working on the line she maintains and changes equipment when required.

Susie – Quality Control
Susie ensures all quality procedures are carried out by completing the appropriate documentation. As she works at the end of the line she checks off all products so they meet Tarka’s standard. She also ensures hygiene and good house keeping practices are maintained.
